"User-Friendly Ticketing Tool Made Simple"
This is a straightforward and essential tool for ticketing, particularly useful in ITIL practices like incident management, problem management, change management, and asset/configuration management. It's super easy to navigate, and you won't need a ton of training to get the hang of it. Just a heads up, though: if you leave it idle for over 5-10 minutes, it will log you out. Plus, it can be integrated with other software too!

The back arrow just doesn't work right with this system. Occasionally it does, but then there are times when you end up seeing that sad broken face in your browser.

"SysAid: A Solid Choice"
SysAid is a solid choice. I appreciate that they’re open to feedback and ready to explore fresh ideas if something could be improved. The tech support team is super helpful and really patient. Not every interaction has been perfect; there are a few hiccups along the way, but overall, I’m pleased with the product and what it can do. Having used many leading helpdesk solutions in the past, I find this one way easier to navigate than most, plus it’s packed with features if you’re willing to invest some time to get the hang of them.

Support is lacking, responses are slow and nothing gets done. For a company that boasts about having top-notch support, their own service is quite disappointing. I'm definitely gonna search for other options.

"Quick and Dependable Service!"
I’m employed at a bank in Trinidad and Tobago, and we've been using SysAid for a bit over three years now. Throughout this time, the service has been consistently top-notch and quick. Recently, we faced some hurdles with a new implementation, and SysAid really stepped up, working hard alongside us to sort everything out, even when we were a bit slow to respond. The agents are always professional and polite, and honestly, we’ve got no complaints! The software is quite flexible, and we’ve been making the most of it to enhance our Service Desk Delivery. We truly have no regrets!

It's a breeze to install and the tech support is fantastic. The self-service portal is really cool since we can create icons that connect our users to all the services we offer (service catalog).
